RequiredDC Prep is one of the city's highest-performing PK3-8th public charter school networks. Using the Universal Design for Learning Framework and the Response to Intervention Model, our program model is centered around three cornerstones: Community, Challenge, and Commitment. Our faculty builds strong relationships with students to create a compassionate, student-centered, rigorous learning environment where all students can successfully engage in academic and social-emotional learning. A 2023 Stanford study found that a DC Prep education equates to an additional 132 days of math instruction and 42 additional days of ELA instruction per year.
